Q: What size will fit me?

A: It depends on the vendor. Every brand fits differently

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The item must be unworn and tags still attached. If it is after 14 days you will get store credit or you can exchange the item.  This applies to all products with the exception of Pointe Shoes (Please see next section). 

Q: What is your return policy for Pointe Shoes. 

A:  All sales are final on Pointe Shoes. We will, however, allow Pointe Shoes to be exchanged for sizing or style within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.  

 

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I order my size if it is not in stock?

A: Yes you can! Shoes must be paid for before ordering.

Q: How long does it take for my item to come in?

A: Typically it takes about a week for your item to come in.

Q: When can I do pointe shoe fittings?​

A: Pointe shoe fittings can be done during any of our hours that we are open. We just ask that you make an appointment, which can be done through our website.

Q: How long does a pointe shoe fitting take?

A: Pointe shoe fittings can take anywhere for 30 minutes- 1 hour.
