A: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The item must be unworn and tags still attached. If it is after 14 days you will get store credit or you can exchange the item.

A: Yes you can! Shoes must be paid for before ordering.

A: Typically it takes about a week for your item to come in.

A: Pointe shoe fittings can be done during any of our hours that we are open. We just ask that you make an appointment, which can be done through our website.

Q: How long does a pointe shoe fitting take?

A: Pointe shoe fittings can take anywhere for 30 minutes- 1 hour.
